Really clean and comfortable.
Really good place, but could have had a few more kitchen items like a coffee plunger.

It’s in a great location and has a good little outdoor area so you don’t feel so congested.
No access for prams, the towels provided were too small. Some extra towels and tea towels would be helpful. The couch is not comfortable. I would recommend upgrading if possible.
The carpets are very stained. A steam clean is required. Many other apartments in the area are in better condition and cheaper.
We would like to stay here again due to location, these improvements would greatly improve our stay.

The location is convenient, about a km from Southern Cross Station and a few minutes from the Docklands river walk. It's a bit noisy, but the rooms are clean and spacious. The heater doesn't do much for the bedrooms. There's a 10 meter pool that's a nice feature.

Location to the river and convention centre
Run down accommodation with multiple stains on carpets, rugs, and furniture. I had to collect the keys from a safe lock attached to a public railing in the middle of the night!
