• CHAMPIONS GATE PARKING

- Parking is free.

- Vehicles parked on the street must face the correct direction (passenger side to curb) so as to not be parked against the flow of traffic.

- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, fire hydrants, mailboxes or any access points.

- Parking is not permitted on grass, playgrounds, or landscaped areas.

- Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard is not allowed.

- Commercial Vehicles, RV's, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Champions Gate.

- Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.

- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.



• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.



Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.



• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL

1-Cost: $35 per day.

2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.

3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

4-Must be requested 24h in advance.

5-Attached spa is a jacuzzi. It has jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated.

6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

This is optional and may not be available at times.



• The BBQ grill is an optional service for $85 + tax for the entire stay, including one full propane tank. If you need more propane, you can trade in the tank for a new one. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for you.



• TRASH DISPOSAL

Please place all trash in household garbage bags and put them in the trash bench next to the main entrance. The community arranges daily trash pickup, but they will not collect loose garbage. Any cleanup costs resulting from this will be the guest’s responsibility, with a fee of $100.



• HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
