We love the indoor pool, of course! From January through December, it guarantees you can throw a pool party no matter the weather! And what a treat to take a dip with all your friends while sipping cocktails—whether it’s sunny, rainy, or windy!

And of course, the room specially designed for partying! Feel free to step behind the bar to finally find out what it’s like to be the bartender for the night (I’ve got the powaa)! And the 100W sound system lets you crank it up to 110 decibels—just like in a nightclub—if you want! We’ll just keep the windows closed so we don’t disturb the whole neighborhood (even though the nearest neighbor is over 600 meters away!).

Not only are they incredibly comfortable, but they also ensure true privacy thanks to their curtains, which let you shut out the rest of the group. The only small things we’ll ask of you are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room on the first floor when you leave, wash your dishes, and dispose of household trash and recyclables in the villa’s bins, and to take glass to the town’s collection point.

🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 600 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or use the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! The sound level outdoors must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
