The guesthouse is located a 3-minute walk from Hatsudai Station on the Keio New Line. It’s very convenient, as you can easily get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Tokyo, Ikebukuro, Akihabara, Ueno, and other areas.There are two convenience stores just a 2-minute walk from the house, and with restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping streets nearby, it’s a very convenient place to live and shop. Accommodation
- It’s a comfortable, modern-style house.It features one double bed, four single beds, and three sets of futons to lay on the floor, accommodating up to nine people. For each reservation, we replace all sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases with fresh ones.
- The toilet and bath are in separate rooms. The bathroom is also equipped with a drying system.A washing machine is provided for your convenience.
- The bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, hand towels, and bath towels.
- We provide all the daily necessities you’ll need, including a microwave, air conditioner, refrigerator, electric kettle, cooking utensils (pots, pans, plates), and a hair dryer.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, we will be sure to send you the house guide we’ve prepared. It includes directions and instructions for using various appliances, so we hope to provide the best possible support for guests who may be feeling anxious about their trip.
Guest Access
- During your stay, the entire house is yours, and you will not be sharing it with other guests.
- If you encounter any issues while using the appliances, please contact me at any time.
Other Important Notes
- Please strictly adhere to the check-out time.
- No smoking is allowed inside the rooms or on the balcony.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM.
- Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please note that parties are not permitted.
- Please clean up after using kitchen utensils.
- Please turn off the lights, air conditioner, and floor heating when you go out.
- Please help with trash separation (separate burnable trash from recyclables).
- Please do not leave trash outside; place any items that do not fit in the trash can on the balcony.
- If you have bulky trash, please be sure to contact us in advance.
– Smoking is prohibited in the room. If you are found smoking, you will be charged a fee. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area in front of the nearby family restaurant.
