We absolutely loved our stay! It truly felt like we were staying in a great friend's home rather than a hotel. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast, where the hosts would thoughtfully prepare and serve a delicious meal. The personal touch made each morning feel so welcoming.
The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. The property was always spotless, and you could tell they took great pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable. What really stood out was how genuinely caring they were. One day we spent the entire day at the beach, and when we hadn't returned by our usual time, they reached out to check that we were okay. That level of kindness and thoughtfulness is something you don't often experience.
The only small suggestion I have is regarding check-in. A check-in time a little earlier than 3:00 p.m. would make the arrival experience even better.
Overall, this was one of the most welcoming and memorable stays we've had. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

Beautiful hotel, warm and welcoming staff. We were unwell when we arrived and they went out of their way to look after us. Breakfast was amazing, cooked fresh each morning and really traditional and fresh. Great location, walkable to the main square. 10/10, wish we could have stayed longer

A great stay in Oaxaca. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street, which was wonderful for peace and quiet. Check-in was smooth, complete with a complimentary welcome Mezcal. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable for a restful night's sleep.
The hotel is a true oasis; its thoughtful design and beautiful garden made it a delightful sanctuary to return to after a full day of exploring the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily made-to-order breakfasts, which were fresh and delicious. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
