everything was good
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The manager greeted us and personally showed us to the accommodation and ensured we had her WhatsApp for any issues. They staff also assisted with our luggage, which was very helpful and kind. Overall the accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioner is strong. The gym is the best I've had access to in a short-term stay location. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. The building is in an awesome location with beautiful views and a friendly doorman.
We weren't given the proper accommodation that was booked and after further inspection we had to move after I showed the manager my booking confirmation. Not a big deal and it was remedied in a quick and friendly manner but if I hadn't said anything I feel we would have been cheated, so always double check what you've booked against what you've been given. The pictures don't exactly match up with the apartments, so it's confusing as to what you're actually getting. The kitchen didn't have cooking utensils, which we found a bit odd.
