Location. Quiet was not a preference; the bar noise was a bonus for us! When we had to reach the host regarding something we lost, they were extremely responsive. We definitely appreciated the help and concern.
Guest #3 didn't get a pillow. Poor lighting in the kitchen

Wonderful location, right on the canal with public transport a few steps away. Breakfast not included with the accommodation but several restaurants on the doorstep who provided great food and lovely staff.
Didn't like the waterproof mattress cover on the bed - made it uncomfortable to sleep, however I understand the reason why it was there!

-Beautiful building and renovated apartment
-Fresh waters in the fridge
-There were insects and mosquitoes when we arrived and the AC wasn't working ( they came for cleaning on the same day and they replaced the AC the next day). However, other than the bedroom, the other rooms are difficult to get cooler. The AC was attached to the window and it was also falling quite a lot of times.
-No toiletries
-No hangers in the bathroom
-Difficult to adjust the water
-Kitchen amenities & missing essentials (small pot, knife, mugs & glasses for 3 people)
-Clogged sinks
-Not enough power sockets and not near the beds
