I wanted a location in a more residential neighborhood away from the buzz of tourists... and that is what I got. the apartment was spacious , The bathroom had a place below the mirror to put cosmetics, toothbrush etc. and there was plenty of room to do on the sink. towels and soap were provided. I prefer walking everywhere but buses were close by to take you into the city. there were several stores. smaller supermarkets and Restaurants nearby.

I had to reach out to the host for check in information. once I supplied a copy of my ID, it was one hour past the stated check in time before I got a reply giving me the access code. since I wanted to explore Rome anyway it didn't really matter but I had to have my luggage with me. the kitchen was a bit disappointing...NO COFFEE MAKER or BIALETTI in the kitchen..in Italy! the only appliances were a microwave and a water boiler. I would have liked ceramic dishes over the plastic ones provided..There was a colander but no big bowl for salad. A small welcome packet for guests, complimentary tea, coffee or water would have been nice, as well as extra toilet paper (which was supplied when I asked)..

Ubicado en una zona tranquila de Roma, cerca de la Villa Borghese y barrio Coppede, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia comoda y agradable. Se accede al centro a pie, a unos 35 minutos de plaza España, y esta muy bien conectado con buses a toda la ciudad. Hay una panaderia/restaurant al lado, mas otros por la zona, supermercados etc. Matteo muy atento para solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Sin duda, volvere en mi proxima estancia en Roma.

It was a really good location (I walked from the central station in around 20/30 mins, but there are plenty of buses). It’s not a touristy area per sé, but it’s a beautiful neighbourhood where you’ll probably see more locals while not being too far from the more famous attractions. The host was incredibly nice, I would suggest to contact them on WhatsApp - they were very responsive, tried to accommodate an early check in and responded immediately when the keypad wasn’t working. Also, the check in was done remotely with no problem. The studio itself is small but really cute and curated. You have everything you might need. It’s on the ground floor, but on a side road so it’s not noisy at night. You’re next door to a cafe/restaurant if you want to have breakfast, but there are also plenty of supermarkets minutes away if you want to use the kitchen and eat at home.

I didn’t use the kitchen but the fridge didn’t look super clean. The rest of the flat was clean.
