The apartment has a good outdoor space where you can enjoy the shade and no noise or smell from traffic. The apartment is big for 2 people and nice for 4, with a big living area and kitchen facilities. Quality cups and glasses in my opinion. And it has comfortable beds. For the aesthetics i particularly liked all the windows to enjoy the view of the city, which was actually there from the third floor.
The AC in the bedroom did not work as well as the one in the living room. We did have to carry the luggage up 3 floors, which was fine for us but maybe not for older people. We had the toilet continue to run water after flushing, but this is a common failure.
