Good location, and the landlord is very enthusiastic and responds promptly to resolve any unexpected issues.
Add a dishwasher, add hand towels, add tissue，and switch to higher quality hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper. The bathroom cleaning could be a little better. There's still hair and some black dirt in the corners.

we were only advised 48hrs prior to our company employees flying from Brisbane to the accommodation that if they were arriving after 8pm, there would be a $100 fee to drop the keys to our employees, the keys could only be collected between 3pm and 8pm from a convenience store. not very convenient, especially people flying over from the east coast, it only leaves very narrow window for collection. not happy.....
