The apartment is cozy and location is very central. The convenient store at the bottom is great because you don't really have to drive out to buy certain things.
The security at the bottom also makes it safe and the other tenants are all very nice.
Ziyaad is also a great and patient host. He really helped us alot with extending our stay and is very responsive with regards to our needs. Very good accommodation overall.
There is parking but not always close by.
