Прекрасный гостевой домик для проживания, приятный двор с котиками, вдали от городского шума и суеты. Но при этом близость метро.
Тамара была всегда на связи.
Находится на горе и подходит подготовленным людям потому что подъем по дороге выложенной камнями.

Здесь есть все, что может понадобиться путешественнику. Чувствуется серьезный туристический опыт хозяйки этого замечательного жилья - Тамары.
Идеальная чистота, новая мебель и сантехника, кофемашина и катриджи, приветственные вкусняхи и т.д. и т.п.
И все это за совсем не высокую цену!

This place is cozy, well-lit, and comfortable. It's tucked away in a quiet residential area with a shared courtyard and garden, so it really feels like a peaceful retreat. On sunny days, the room fills with natural light. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even brought homemade Georgian food, which was such a lovely touch.
If you're a solo traveler or a couple looking for somewhere calm and away from the tourist crowds, this is the place.
The walk to the nearest bus stop takes about 7 minutes mostly uphill on the return, so it's not the most convenient location if you rely on public transit. That said, ride-hailing works perfectly from the door. And delivery drivers reach it easily, so you're never truly cut off.
