We received an upgrade for one night upon arrival. The room was very modern and comfortably furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Iqbal was always there for us and rented us a good scooter.

A very kind host who is very helpful and responds quickly. The apartment on the top floor looks neat and tidy. We had a wonderful time here and are grateful for the kind person

The location is good. There's a lovely café right across the street that's great for brunch.
The hotel staff were friendly and recommended a reliable, fair taxi driver who was always on time. Overall, this place can work for you if you book outside the MotoGP period, when it's probably cheaper, and if you know what to expect.
Prices were exorbitant during the MotoGP, which is very unusual for Lombok. We booked a superior double room, but pool access wasn't included. It turns out the pool is only available to villa guests, and the photos don't make that clear. When we asked for towels to go to the beach, we were told they're only provided with a pool villa. They did bring us towels later.
The bathroom sink was already leaking when we arrived, so water ran into the cabinet underneath and left a puddle on the floor. The cabinets were dirty, the trash cans were sticky on the outside and covered in old grime, and the shower had no working light.
