The view, the cleanliness, the decor.
The neighbourhood (lots of homeless), the noise from the train all night, lack of air conditioning (it was very hot)

Great location and facilities.
While a great location and nice apartment it is right beside the train line which comes every 15 minutes. It is quite noisy. The bed while comfortable quite soft.

Location is good, close to Chinatown station and there’s a T&T supermarket nearby. Parking is a bonus but the spot is very tight as it’s at a corner.
The beds are uncomfortable, for this price the mattresses need to be good. The mattress in the den is like quick sand, once lie on it you sunk in, the main bedroom mattress is too soft also.
Bathroom is tight, should convert the bath tub into a proper shower area, it’s dangerous showering in the bath tub.
