Location was great. Room was very good.
Position of the radiator in the ensuite bathroom was really awkward - you had to sit sideways on the toilet! First night's evening meal, took our order incorrectly and brought out the wrong dish. We pre-ordered breakfast as requested asking for two items to be left out of the full English. Plates arrived with every ingredient on the list. Quality of the food/cookery was not great. Bar area was uninviting. Staff didn't really seem that attentive or bothered.
