Staff and style of the rooms.
Needed a better breakfast and may an update along with more thorough cleaning. It wasn't dirty just dusty

The location was good for me as I was visiting family in Superior. Otherwise, the hotel is old and caters to semi-permanent or hunters
This hotel was old and in need possible updating. Additionally, hot water was tricky and the tv did not have any local stations, only streaming
