The apartment is fully equipped (with e.g. games, washing machine, kitchen appliances, etc.) for longer stay with kids. The host has decorated the apartment for christmas (incl. christmas tree) for us - and was also communicative via Whatsapp (language barrier eliminated by Google Translate) as well as helpful with other info.
The electricity for producing hot water would switch off for a hour every day (probably for energy saving) - but that is just an almost unnoticeable thing, since the rest of the electric appliances still worked all the time.
