Location and proximity to services and the beach was fantastic
When paying over $400 a night, I do not expect to have to make my own bed, strip it, remove the rubbish, wash, dry and put away dishes.
The doona/comforters provided was dirty and old. I wouldn't have let my dog sleep on it. There was someone else shoes in the wardrobe, along with a monitor. Not a great look for a property on booking.com

Location, facilities.
The stairs!! Also no access to garage so at times we had to park on the road. Did not find this out until day or so before arrival.

Excellent location, easy parking, central and kitchen was well equipped although did not provide salt and pepper!
The comforters and pillows were really old and dirty. Some of the pillows had mold and the comforter in the master bedroom was not clean and smelled like it wasn't washed before we arrive. I was also surprised that there wasn't a washer provided because I thought it said it was part of the facilities when I booked
