Nicely set out flat with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Easy walk to the centre of town. Convenient keyless entry (assuming you have a smartphone!). Fast fibre broadband. Dishwasher and washing machine provided.
If you have a car, beware that there's absolutely no parking available in the vicinity. We had to leave our car in one of the underground town centre cark parks. Flat would benefit from the provision of a fan or two in the summer months - Gijon was very humid when we were there in August.
