We requested a 3 bedroom on apartment/condo on VRBO - Roamiemailed and said that they did not have 3BRM or this all together so we did a one bedroom and a two bedroom with free cancellation up to a point and then 50% etc. one of our couples had to cancel and it was under the 50% cancellation time but they refused our cancellation of the one bedroom because they were booked together. Called VRBO they could not help either unless I cancelled all of them. VRBO called the host who quote said, “ Well it’s like cancelling one bedroom of a house,” which it was not because the one bedroom had its own apartment/condo this was very frustrating. Check in process was horrible they kept sending info to wrong number I had to call to have them send it directly to me. In the two bedroom we had to immediately call maintenance because the toilet did not work and they knew it because the water was turned off to it. Maintenance came and fixed the toilet with the lid off but when he put the lid on the arm was too long and the toilet wouldn’t flush at that point we fixed the toilet. Not a great first impression.
