Great location; close to supermarket, pharmacy, gym (a few meters away).
Very good Internet connection.
Comfortable mattress.
Kitchen did not have some of the most basic cooking utensils: I had to request them, which they provided 2 days after and only partly, and from the kitchen of the other unit they are managing. For the price paid, the kitchen was below expectations.
If you don't plan on cooking, unit (406) is fine.
If you plan on cooking, ask for Unit 305 specifically. Otherwise, rent somewhere else.
