Mai was very quick to respond to any questions. Check in was fast and easy. The apartment is on the first floor of a 3 floor house. It is set back from the street so is quiet and private feeling. The parking space is right at the bottom of the front stairs so it is very convenient. We had an extended family of 10 adults. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms both had walk in showers with washer and dryer available in second bathroom. The kitchen was small with table in the center which made cooking a bit challenging when everyone was around. We loved the back porch which was a wonderful private gathering place. There were a number of games available and the table converted to a game table. A variety of restaurants were within walking distance and the bus stops were within a block or two. There is a Whole Foods about a block away with parking. The neighborhood felt safe even late at night. We would definitely stay here again
