Other Things To Note:
★ Pool and Spa heating is an optional amenity available upon request for $75/night between Oct - May and must be purchased for all nights of your stay. Please contact us at least 48 hours beforehand to arrange for pool heating & payment. Heating is dependent on outside temperatures and may not be possible with temps below 50 degrees. The pool heater is set to 85 degrees (resort standard) but water temps may fluctuate +/- 3 degrees. The hot tub and pool share one heater/pump. For a time period of 3 hours daily the spa will be heated to 100-102. While we've had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded).
★ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the external entrance points to the home: the front door and the driveway.
★ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in and late checkout is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance.
★ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.

Fantastic kid-approved rental- kept them busy the entire week. Best amenities of any rental I've experienced by far- had only what we needed and nothing that we didn't (although truth be told, we didn't cook during our stay). Loved the thoughtful availability of potential forgotten toiletries and sunscreen! Very clean, no clutter, tasteful decor. Great size and bed arrangement for 2 families of 4-5. With the location right near my mother's home, I'm sure we'll be repeat customers.
