After some initial difficulties, we were satisfied with our stay. The house is beautifully located in Marbessa, in a very well-kept and safe neighborhood. The walk to the beach and beach restaurants is short, taking only 8-10 minutes. Small supermarkets are also nearby, but you need a car to get to the larger ones. The house is large and exactly as described, and we found the layout to be exactly as described. The pool was very clean and was regularly cleaned and maintained. However, we must say that we found the house in a poor state of preparation. The air conditioning units in the basement were apparently defective and caused a small flood. There was no gas because the bottles were empty. This meant that there was no hot water and it was not possible to cook. This should have been rectified by the agency in advance. After we spoke to the owner, the problems were quickly resolved. We recommend that the owner check the property thoroughly before arrival and have any problems rectified. However, we would recommend this property as the owner was always available and quick to help.

The house is as showed in the pictures. Lot´s of space on the inside for my family of 6. Also around the house enough space and the swimming pool is great. The house is at 5 minutes walk to the beach and some restaurants right on the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet. Only 30 minutes from the airport and close to Marbella and also to Malaga City. The house is fully decorated and nothing was missing. The owner welcomed us on time and was easy reachable for the questions we had during our stay. I really can recommend this listing for a sunny family holiday. We will certainly return next year.
