The large dining table also seats 6, making it perfect for meals with family or friends. The living room offers a comfortable space to relax with a large couch and a 55-inch smart TV.

- Two twin beds

🛏 Upstairs Bedrooms (Converted Attic):
- Private bedroom with queen bed
- Adjacent loft space with desk and a double pull-out couch
- Both rooms have sloped ceilings, dressers, and a window AC unit for summer comfort
Note: The upstairs area is accessed via a steep and narrow staircase

The updated bathroom features a classic clawfoot tub and shower combo, along with a modern vanity. Off the kitchen, you'll find a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use.

Enjoy the fully fenced backyard. Private parking is available beside the red garage in the alley. Additional street parking is available in front of the home.
