Nestled amid the picturesque landscape of Loddin, one of the most beautiful places on the sunny island of Usedom, the newly built “Sonnenwelle” vacation home awaits you. Built in 2025, this modern thatched-roof house combines the timeless charm of traditional architecture with the comfort of sophisticated, contemporary amenities. Quietly situated yet with excellent transportation links, it offers the ideal retreat for anyone seeking relaxation without compromising on style and quality.
As soon as you step inside, you can tell that every detail was planned with care. Generous windows flood the rooms with natural light and offer a wonderful view of the surrounding greenery—the view of the Achterwasser, visible directly from the terrace, is particularly impressive. The open-concept layout creates an airy, inviting atmosphere: The living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a high-end kitchen, where cooking and dining become a true pleasure. A modern induction cooktop, stylish materials, and a clean, elegant design language underscore the special character of this home.
With two lovingly furnished bedrooms, the Sonnenwelle can accommodate up to four guests. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, situated in a quiet location, and ensure restful nights with high-quality mattresses and blackout windows. The elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower is complemented by a private sauna—perfect for recharging your batteries after a long day at the Baltic Sea. An additional guest restroom harmoniously rounds out the living space.
The house also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. Modern air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in the summer, while underfloor heating creates a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months. High-quality insect screens on all windows and the patio door allow you to enjoy fresh air undisturbed, and of course, reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. You can conveniently park your vehicle in the on-site parking lot—and if you’re traveling by electric car, an on-site electric charging station invites you to recharge in an eco-friendly way.
The house’s location offers the perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to everything you need on vacation. Nestled in idyllic surroundings, you can reach shops, restaurants, and cafés in just a few minutes. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only about two kilometers away and is perfect for relaxing walks, swimming trips, or active days by the sea. At the same time, the house itself offers you the utmost privacy—a place where you can retreat, unwind, and truly find yourself.
