À propos de cette location de vacances
The "Ostseeglück Ückeritz 07" vacation rental offers 40 m² of modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay on the island of Usedom. It is located on the first floor of the “Am Sportplatz” vacation home, which was newly renovated in 2024, and sits in a quiet spot by the coastal forest, just about 950 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. As a result, the accommodation combines relaxation in nature with an ideal starting point for days at the beach, bike rides, or excursions in the surrounding area.
The living and dining area features an open layout and is complemented by a modern kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all essential kitchenware. Here, you can comfortably prepare everything from a quick breakfast to an elaborate dinner. A dining table provides space for shared meals, while the cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. Thanks to underfloor heating, tasteful decor, and high-quality furniture, the apartment exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere that ensures comfort even during the cooler months.
From the apartment, guests have direct access to the sunny southwest-facing terrace, which is furnished with comfortable seating and a beach chair. Here, you can fully enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air—whether with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening as the sun slowly sets.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters and features blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. A large closet offers ample storage space for personal belongings, and a second TV is also available. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and an electric towel warmer, and features a clean, stylish design.
Basic amenities include made-up beds, fresh towels, and everything else you need for a hassle-free start to your vacation. A private parking space is located right next to the house, and the free Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s ensures fast connections—ideal for streaming, working from home, or staying in touch with friends and family.
