Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

Beautiful house! Great for a family with Kids, the pool is 10 feet from the house. A little bit of confusion if a golf cart was offered with the house or not…. there is a golf cart. We did have problems with the TV in the master bedroom and the living room. Two of the bikes were broken, notified maintenance, and it was not fixed during our stay other than that, it was a great house for the week. We enjoyed our vacation.

We paid for bike rentals as part of the property rental and only had 3 of 4 working beach cruisers, so we could not venture out as a family, unfortunately. The cottage is managed by a real estate company (BeachWalk Vacations) so it’s not a typical VRBO by owner. Be prepared to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, extra soap and beach towels. Basic kitchen amenities, such as salt and pepper and cooking oil are not provided, and only one toilet paper roll and paper towel roll provided. The property management people are very concerned about ages within your group and abiding by rules (nosy, full-time tenants). On the plus side, the location is great with walking distance to the beach.
