Welcome to my spacious, modern apartment in the beautiful Parklands.Relax, take a walk, eat, sleep, have a swim, work out - you will have everything you need right here. My apartment has a private balcony and you will have access to the communal areas including BBQ, pool and gym.
My apartment is just 4km from the Melbourne CBD. The train station and Melbourne Zoo are within 15 minutes walk, or take the bus if you don't want to walk. Perfect for couples, a small family, and business visitors.

This brand new stylish and modern one bedroom apartment awaits your stay. It is fully furnished and stocked with useful items to make your stay in Melbourne most comfortable.
The apartment sleeps 2 people comfortably, with an option for another two people on the sofa-bed (please note the sofa bed is a small double so could be better for two children).
The living room is cosy, perfect for a get together. The open plan fully-equipped kitchen allows a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills, and the dining area a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal.
The bathrooms in the property equipped with a toilet and a shower, and with a bathtub also.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

Bus 505 goes from Moonee Ponds to Melbourne Uni. Bus stop around the corner.
