Very clean room. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Family Friendly

The rental price was good. This property has 4 bedroms in the basement and it is 40 minutes away from Vancouver. It would have been nicer to have separate temperature controller in the basement. It is better to replace one of the couch. Other than that everything worked fine.
