Why Guests Love It:
Guests often highlight the sweeping bay vistas, the resort-style pool experience and the expansive space designed for groups to be together yet have privacy. The Zindis service, modern design and tranquility of Hermosa Heights elevate Casa Ilan Ilan beyond just a rental — into a place where unforgettable memories are made.

Hermosa Heights gated community overlooks Playa Hermosa and Papagayo Bay in northern Guanacaste — a tranquil hillside enclave known for its luxury villas, lush tropical surroundings and excellent vantage points for sunsets over the Pacific. While you’ll feel elevated and private, the vibrant beach town of Playa Hermosa is mere minutes away, offering calm, safe swimming waters, beach-side bars, open-air restaurants and local markets. For larger amenities and nightlife, Playas del Coco is also close by. The airport (LIR) sits approximately 30–40 minutes from the villa, making arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free. In this location you enjoy the perfect balance of privacy, nature and access.

Set high above the shimmering waters of Papagayo Bay in the gated community of Hermosa Heights, Casa Ilan Ilan commands breathtaking panoramic views, tropical serenity and luxurious space. This expansive five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom villa accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large families, milestone celebrations or multi-generation get-togethers.

From the moment you arrive, the grandeur of the infinity-edge pool draws you outward to the terrace where lounge chairs face the horizon and sunsets become daily rituals. Step inside and discover generous living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows, designer finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow — the perfect blend of resort elegance and intimate comfort. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for privacy and style; the kids’ bunk suite adds fun and flexibility.

Fully equipped for effortless stays, the gourmet kitchen opens to the dining space and terrace, while gardens provide space for yoga, relaxation or playful afternoons in nature. Although tucked into a hillside retreat, you are just minutes from Playa Hermosa’s calm, family-friendly beach, dining and local amenities — and approximately 30–40 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR).
