This house was perfect for our needs! Our kids were able to each have a bed (with no one on the couch!), which is a first for us. They did a good job of maximizing the space. The kitchen was great and we used it a lot. Very clean overall and the beds were comfortable. There is also a washer dryer which was nice for us to throw our rinsed swimsuits in to dry. The only thing to note is there is a split space where there are other tenants sharing the other side of the house, although you don’t share a door. Just good to know if you like total privacy. You have a driveway space and don’t have to park on the street, which is nice. Keypad to get in, which is easy and convenient. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided. We didn’t use the backyard at all, except for taking our trash to the bin. All in all, would recommend if you have a 6 person group and need somewhere to stay close to Charleston!

Check in was super easy. Communication was great. House was clean and comfortable.

Amenities excellent. Property very clean. One issue, bunk beds a no-no. However we would definitely rent this property again Thank you!

This home has some great features, an updated kitchen & bathrooms, plenty of space, & quiet neighborhood. However, there were issues that impacted our stay.Upon check-in, you get a list of rules/instructions that stated, people not included in the reservation are not allowed inside at anytime, must notify to use backyard, and opening any windows prohibited. The home is advertised for 6 guests, it does not feel comfortably set up for that. The living room only has seating for 3, leaving the dining table as the only place for everyone to gather.Cleanliness & maintenance need improvement. Dining chairs heavily stained, walls/windows were dirty. The large floor to ceiling windows had no coverings, making the place feel less private & inviting. Master bath toilet seat very loose, bath fan falling out of ceiling, & shower drain not secure. Household furnishings were very cheap/flimsy, bunkbeds wobbled & squeaked with every movement. We were also surprised to discover an attached apartment was not disclosed until we arrived. We realized it was occupied after seeing a vehicle in the driveway. Noise & cooking smells from the attached unit carried directly into ours. One evening, the smell of a full meal being cooked was very noticeable throughout the home as if it was cooked in our unit.We enjoy cooking & gathering with family. This property was not a good fit for that. Property has potential, would only stay again if no other options were available.
