A small, charming studio apartment equipped with all the essential amenities for two people, located in a historic building in the heart of Bologna (ZTL). It is just a short walk from the Two Towers, and from the windows you can admire some of them, including the Asinelli and Uguzzoni Towers. Located in the center of the former Jewish Ghetto, less than a 10-minute walk from the University and just a short walk from all major attractions, such as Piazza Maggiore, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Bologna.



The studio apartment, approximately 20 square meters in size, is located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator: PLEASE NOTE, you must climb the stairs to access it (35 steps, the last 4 of which are high).



Please note that the bathroom is small and the walk-in shower does NOT have a shower enclosure. The rooms have varying ceiling heights.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Small KITCHENETTE equipped with two electric hotplates, a mini-fridge, a moka pot, an electric kettle, and a microwave

- LIVING AREA with a small fold-out snack table, two stools, split A/C, and a TV

- SLEEPING AREA with a double sleeper sofa

- BATHROOM equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet with a handheld showerhead (please note there is a step to access it).



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

Crib for infants available upon request (for a fee).



Note: The accommodations are located in a completely pedestrian-only restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so it is NOT accessible by car.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax required by the City of Bologna.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Bologna Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal code we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Saturday and Sunday



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
