Home was beautiful, well equipped and as pictured in listing. Communication was easy. Rebuilding continues in the area, but did not disturb over night.

Sun Kissed Villa looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was spotless and well equipped with all the necessities. The pool, hot tub and game room were the perfect set up for entertainment. It was a quick walk to the beach and an easy walk to Times Square for shopping and restaurants. It is one of the nicest houses we have stayed at and would stay again! The host was responsive to all questions before we arrived.

We decided first on a family gathering, then decided on Fort Myers Beach, then found and booked the house. It was the right decision all the way around. Our two uoung grandchildren learned to swim in the house pool. The location was perfect for us to walk almost everywhere. The only minor hassle was with the living room tv which took awhile to start working and on the last day list its volume. Also, the two downstairs TV's did not have accessible sdmi connections so we could not watch what we had stored in our two laptops.
