Great location, spacious, tidy, well-equipped, secure.

We only had one night in Como, arriving early the first day and leaving late on the second day. The apartment is in a great location, close to the train station (5 min walk) and easy walking distance to the centre of town and port. Busses up either side of the Lake also go from the train station so it is also ver close by. Our hosts were extremely flexible as we booked the wrong date initially and helped us secure the proper date. They were also extremely helpful with our luggage on both days which we were very grateful for. The apartment itself is clean, newly refurbished and has everything you could need. A great shower and a very comfy bed made for a very enjoyable nights stay as well had not had many decent beds at all in Italy. Also had decent pillows which was a nice surprise as European pillows seem to go flat after 2 minutes of lying on them. The apartment is near a gate which is a little loud, however the bedroom is at the back so we just closed the door and we were fine. There is a great restaurant across the road that brews its own beer which was a delightful discovery and made for a very pleasant evening with good food and music to boot. Overall, a lovely stay in a great unit with friendly staff. Would recommend.

Very nice and surprisingly spacious appartment. The interior is very thoughtfully furnished and has everything you need. By foot it's close to the city center as well, and the street it's on also has multiple restaurants and places for breakfast. Overall, I recommend it. The parking is an extra 30€ per night, but it's a private spot in the fenced parking lot, right in front of the appartment.

The parking spot is very tight - thankfully the owner called the neighbor, who then moved his car so I could park, else I do not think I could have maneuvred my car into the spot. - as this is a ground floor appartment right next to the street, it can be quite noisy. - If you have mobility issues, the entry to the flat is a quite tall step. The flat itself is completely flat, but getting in was difficult with a walker.

Convenient to station. Modem and very well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Good communication with host. Excellent kitchen facilities.
