the spacious living area and the bath.
the decking needs some serious work and feels unsafe in places and felt like you was going to fall through. the decking was dirty and needed a good clean. the bramble bush with thorns had grown onto the decking and not good if you or your pets walked on it. the concrete step and the bottom of the step was loose and my partner twisted her ankle. the outside lights do not work. the lino in the kitchen has a tear and not stuck down properly in places. the carpet in the lounge is stained in places. the light in the en suite did not work. no outside lights outside in the grounds and is very dark. the caravan was not cleaned very well on arrival. we cleaned it to a better standard when we left. also the conservatory does not lock so you couldn't leave anything in it of value.

Lodge very clean and spacious, the conservatory is a great bonus and our dog loved laying in the sun. Bed was comfortable and having a bath was another great bonus. All in all 10 out of 10

The caravan is on a great site and provides easy access to the on-site facilities, there is a parking space adjacent, bedrooms are a good size . Communication with the owner was good. It was nice a quiet and we slept well.
There are a few areas where it is showing wear and tear, the decking in particular needs attention and a few cupboard doors in the kitchen

This van was absolutely lovely very spacious and close to the entertainment the owner was an absolute delight ,polite and very fast at replying to messages I sent, only thing I would say is the floor on the decking in the seating area needs sorting and floor in kitchen quite squeaky but this is normal for a caravan anyway ,we would definitely 1 million percent recommend this van to anyone thankyou very much Maxine we loved it and can't wait to come again regards Amanda
Just the decking outside in the seating area needs straightening back up maybe
