This hotel is very new and the rooms are in excellent condition. Everything is fresh and clean and the rooms are spacious. The WiFi and hotwater were excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. No food is available on site but there are many shops and places to eat within a few minutes walk from the hotel. A particular favourite of mine was the delightful little restaurant called the Black Ganache. The nearest metro station is Krishna Nagar and is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The metro opens up the whole of Lucknow and is very easy to navigate. Krishna Nagar is only 2 stops away from Lucknow airport.

The hotel is next to several large marriage halls and this means that wedding guests seem to account for the majority of guests start the hotel. Unfortunately, they can be loud and excitable well into the early hours of the morning. The only other issue is that currently the hotel has no facility for accepting international credit cards, so payment has to be by cash only. I was assured that this situation is being improved.
