The facility looked to be new and was nice. Wide variety of choices on breakfast bar.

The TV channel selection could be improved. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

New rooms were nice

First of all we was in a fire lost eveything the first room we got to room 330 had one bed and we asked for two the second room 203 the power kept going out on the room we woke up in the middle of the night and there was no power the third room 207 was okay but they told us that we had to check out of the hotel they were closing it down because of electrical issues so we move right across the street too DeSoto Hotel and we watched out the Window where they were still checking in people and people will still checking out I don't know why they lied to us I even went the next day to see what they checking in people and the lady at the desk told me yes and that they never close and we still have not received a refund for one night. Then on top of that the reception is that work in the morning had no compassion No Remorse had a bad attitude the night manager was okay and the food was great cook did excellent job
