Lovely accommodation and very helpful owners. There is an excellent cafe ('Little Aiden') immediately adjacent to the property. Lovely and friendly neighbourhood with free on-street parking. Ilford Road Metro Station is in the next street providing very easy access to: Newcastle city centre; Newcastle Central railway station; Newcastle Airport; most of the rest of Tyneside. Would definitely stay there again.
Owners were very prompt in dealing with any issues or questions that arose so nothing to complain about.

De locatie is erg goed. Metro naar centrum is maar een paar minuten lopen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtochten. Prijs kwaliteit is in goede verhouding. Goede keuken. De landlord is servicegericht.
Kleine dingen die het niet ‘af’ maken, een trekker in de douche boven, haken voor de jassen, haakjes voor de handdoeken, gordijnen velux ramen.

The place was very nicely done up, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. Great location too - super close to the metro and an amazing cafe right below.
There was a constant and quite strong smell of drains that made it quite unpleasant to sit in the living room at times. It was also frustrating that there were no blinds on the skylights in the topmost bedroom - it was very bright very early!

Location really good . Very clean and comfortable.
Very minimal , not really geared up for cooking yourself . Considering four people could stay you couldn’t sit together at a table. Nowhere to hang a wet coat or umbrella in the entrance hall. No provision for recycling. Nowhere in smaller bedroom to put any clothes . No ‘fire’ instructions or obvious fire blanket considering there were candles to light in every room. No cooker instructions don’t assume everyone uses induction .
