Welcome to Saida Towers IV, Unit 4509 — a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in a secure gated community right on the beach. Perfect for families and groups, this resort-style property offers the ideal mix of relaxation and fun in the sun.
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
