Triplex of 140 m², for 10 people, with a view of the Baie de Somme on all floors and a panoramic terrace.
In the center of Saint Valery sur Somme, this unique property has been designed to allow you to create unforgettable memories with family or friends.
The triplex is composed of:
1st floor:
- A bedroom for 2 people (a 160x200 bed) with an office space and a shower room. A baby cot and an inflatable mattress are also available in the bedroom closet
- A master bedroom for 4 people with three windows overlooking the Baie de Somme (a 160x200 bed and a trundle bed with 2 beds 90x190), a bathroom, a television and a fully equipped kitchenette area (filter coffee maker) with a bar table
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, self-service ironing board
2nd floor:
A very large common area composed of:
- A dining room for 10 people (and a high chair) plus a piano for the musicians
- A fully equipped kitchen area with freezer fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto - Nescafé)...
- A living room with sofas, a swing facing the Baie de Somme and a large television
- A panoramic terrace on the Baie de Somme with Weber barbecue, a table for 10 people and deckchairs to enjoy the view
3rd floor:
- A bedroom for 2 people (a 140x200 bed) with a panoramic velux window overlooking the Baie de Somme and office space
- A bedroom for 2 people (two 90x190 beds) with lots of games for children
- A bathroom shared by both bedrooms
All bed linen and towels are provided, toiletries are provided.
Basic necessities: tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... organic or local also available.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Private access to the apartment from rue de la Ferté thanks to a key box. The entrance is through the red door next to the Tante Olympe crèperie.
Self-check-in from 5 p.m. (late arrival possible) and check-out until 11 a.m.
In the apartment you will find our selection of activities, our favorite restaurants, walking tips and all the useful numbers to enjoy your stay in the Baie de Somme.
Parking:
- Paid parking (1 minute walk): Market Square. Except Sunday, market day.
- Free parking (10 minutes walk, possibility of free shuttle in season) at the entrance to the town of St Valery
