THE SPACE

Turn into the driveway at Casa Campo and the first thing you notice is how bright it all feels: tall pines around a one level home, a garage out front, and a front door that opens onto tray ceilings, slow turning ceiling fans, and light floors that run the length of the house. There are no stairs between the car and the couch, so unloading groceries, strollers, and beach bags is a one trip job. By the time the bags are down, the place already feels like yours.

THE SCREENED PATIO

This is the room everybody ends up in. A large private screened patio holds outdoor seating and a gas grill, so one person can cook burgers or steaks while the rest of the group lounges a few feet away with a drink in hand. The screen keeps the bugs out and lets the Florida breeze in, which means long dinners outside stay enjoyable well after sunset. It works just as well at seven in the morning with a coffee and nowhere to be.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is built for settling in. A deep sectional faces a Smart TV with cable and Netflix, ceiling fans keep the air moving, and big windows pull in light and a view of the trees outside. Board games are on hand for the evenings when nobody wants to look at a screen, and the open layout means whoever is at the stove is still part of the conversation.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking: refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender, plus spices and cooking basics so the first night dinner does not start with a trip for salt. It opens toward the living area, so cooking and hanging out happen in the same room. Eat at the dining area when the weather turns, or carry plates out to the screened patio and let the grill do the heavy lifting.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a tray ceiling, and a fan overhead, a quiet place to land after a full day outside. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each pair a full bed with a twin, which makes them easy to split between kids, friends, or a second couple, so nobody ends up on an air mattress. Two full private bathrooms with showers mean mornings do not turn into a line outside the door.

WORK FROM CASA CAMPO

Need to log on? A dedicated workspace with a desk and desk chair, fast WiFi, and a wired Ethernet connection keeps video calls steady. Finish the work in the morning, then spend the afternoon at Flagler Beach.

FAMILY EXTRAS

A Pack N Play is available for little ones, and the single level layout means there are no stairs to baby proof. Cable, Netflix, and board games cover rainy afternoons and early bedtimes.

Central air conditioning and heating keep the house comfortable in every season, with ceiling fans for extra airflow. A washer and dryer let you pack light, and linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron, and shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are stocked and waiting. A private entrance and self check in mean you let yourself in with the lockbox and are on the couch within minutes. A garage and free parking take care of the vehicles.

EXPLORE PALM COAST

Flagler Beach is minutes away for sun, surf, and seaside dining. Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area offers coastal trails and waterways, James F. Holland Memorial Park is nearby for families, and historic St. Augustine is about thirty minutes up the road.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This is a single-level home with no interior stairs; the property is not wheelchair accessible.
