Property had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Well laid out for a large family group. Location provided great access to the beach and pool was perfect for days when you didn’t want to go to the beach. Will consider renting again in the future.

We stayed here for a family reunion with multiple families traveling from out of state. The house was set up great for the most part as most bedroom also have bathrooms attached. Great location for walking to the beach! Lots of parking available! The patios were great and there were plenty of gathering areas. We planned meals and were told there was a grill; however, later were told the grill had been removed so we bought a small charcoal grill but when we arrived the house did in fact have a grill. There were no beach chairs or umbrellas at the house so we had to bring our own. The pool was great but the hot tub did not work. The house was advertised as 8 bedrooms; however, we all agreed the house actually had only 7 bedrooms. One couple was left to sleep in two twin mattresses that were up against windows in a large gathering area and not idea for sleeping in or napping. Communication was fast but I seemed to be talking to two different groups of people and received conflicting answers to questions I had. The company did provide detailed information about checking in and out along with lists of local restaurants and groceries. I think we would stay here again!

The cleanliness of the indoors was great with the exception of a couple of beds having old or unclean sheets. Luckily, everyone in our party couldn’t be there so we had extra beds to choose from. However, the outside area left a LOT to be desired! The pool was dirty and had not been maintenanced or maintained in quite a while. The hot tub was also dirty with murky water that never got hot. The grill was dirty and moldy. The grounds needed care. We choose a house each year very carefully to include these amenities, so the fact that they were disappointedly maintained ruined our trip.
