Large back deck for gathering! You can use the full kitchen as well. There is a large finished basement with a 75 inches TV that you can connect to your steaming account through guest mode. No party. No smoking, vaping, use of marijuana indoor or outdoor. No pets allowed. Outdoor security cameras are located on the front doorbell, on the right of the garage overlooking the driveway, and outside the back patio door where the back gate located. No rearranging of furnitures. Extra guest need to be notified to owner and will be charged accordingly if they stay overnight. The door code will be provided on the day of your arrival.
