Cute little spot for a few days get away. Thanks for having us.

Overall this was a nice place to stay in a lovely area. One of the rooms had a questionable smell but we didn’t need the room so it didn’t matter to us. One of the bathroom tiles is cracked to the point where it was sunk into the base flooring and felt borderline unsafe. Everything else was clean and we had all the things we needed. The AC works amazingly which was great!

This is a convenient spot for visiting downtown Greenville. My friend and I were very comfortable for a long weekend here. We had a small issue that was addressed very quickly (on Memorial Day). The unit was a bit sparse in kitchen ware, but there was coffee for the Keurig and we mostly ate out, so it wasn’t a problem. We would stay here again.

Love the location, very convenient and walkable to downtown restaurants and shops, and the arena. It was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. There were no exterior photos on the listing, so I was unaware that this apartment is in a very old house. While the house was charming, some areas were in disrepair. The ceilings need repair and there is loose tile in the bathroom near the toilet and the floor feels soft in that area. The clawfoot tub/shower is very small.Check-in instructions were not provided on the listing. I still had not received check-in instructions just hours before our check-in time. I tried messaging the host on VRBO and didn’t get a response. I used the VRBO virtual chat which provided the host’s email and phone number. I sent an email and got no response. I then texted the host and finally got a reply with check-in information.
