Thank you for visiting SPI Rentals — we specialize in corporate, insurance-placement, medical-professional, relocation, and extended-stay housing solutions.
At SPI Rentals, we operate as a professional long-stay housing provider, working with corporations, insurance carriers, traveling professionals, relocation clients, and families in transition.
Typical stays range from 30 days to 6 months or longer, depending on guest needs, employer contracts, insurance authorizations, or relocation timelines.
We are not a vacation-rental or short-term nightly rental host.
Our properties are listed on public platforms only as a visibility and inquiry tool, because many corporate, insurance, and relocation clients search on these marketplaces before booking directly.
If you are seeking 30+ night housing, please message us with your desired dates, purpose of stay, and number of occupants. Even if this home isn’t available, we may have other local properties within our portfolio that fit your needs.
If you are seeking short-term vacation lodging (less than 30 nights), we are happy to refer you to a trusted partner who may have availability.
Pricing, terms, and calendar accuracy are always guaranteed on our SPI Rentals direct booking site or direct agreement only.
Thank you for considering SPI Rentals — we look forward to supporting your housing needs.

It was a nice place just needed more toilet paper shampoo garbage bag and sponges for washing dishes these are things we had to purchase ourselves. Overall everything else was good. It was a good experience.

Nothing stood out. It was clean and when I had a question the answer was fast.Very disappointed the TV didn't have local channels. Even a 15 antenna would have been acceptable.
