À propos de cette location de vacances
Summary:
A peaceful top-floor Santa Croce apartment with Duomo views from the terrace, kitchen and master bedroom — a rare central Florence stay for up to 4 guests.
The Space:
The 75 m² apartment includes a living area with Smart TV and large sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area, queen bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, new windows and blackout curtains. The apartment is quiet despite its central position and is close to Santa Croce, the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi.
Guest Access:
Entire private apartment on the fourth/top floor of a historic building without lift. There are 58 stairs, some steeper, so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems.
The Neighborhood:
Santa Croce is a central historic neighborhood with restaurants, coffee bars, markets and major monuments close by.
Getting Around:
The central location is best explored on foot. If arriving by car, check ZTL/parking rules before travel.
Other Things to Note:
Keep the no-lift/58-stair warning prominent. Additional sheets/towels may require a fee according to current copy.
Interaction with Guests:
Jessica is the primary host and is based in Florence.
