To ensure a safe and secure experience for all, we kindly require all guests to submit a valid government-issued ID along with a selfie holding the ID after booking. This verification step must be completed before we can release your access code. It’s a simple process that helps us confirm guest identity, prevent misuse, and ensure a trusted experience for everyone. Your information will be kept secure and used solely for this purpose.
