This is the fourth condo in Cocoa Beach Towers we have been in, and it is by far the best. The property was exceptionally clean, and the owners were very responsive to all our questions. Location in the building was amazing as well - right by the elevators and laundry and overlooking the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view from balcony. Would be nice if pool will have extended hours to swim especially winter time when days are shorter than summer time.
