• All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (guest expense).
• This is a studio unit located above the main house with its own entrance. The entrance is accessed up some stairs and across the patio area. Another group may be occupying the downstairs unit during your stay, and using the patio area and hot tub but your interior space is fully separate.
• The hot tub and fire pit on site are not included with this unit (reserved for the downstairs rental).
• Parking is available for one vehicle.

PET RULES: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only 1 dog is allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)
